I'm Chelsea, a Design Ops oriented designer with a BFA in Industrial Design and a background in high-pressure live events; where I learned to align teams, manage dependencies, and deliver when deadlines don't move.

Now pursuing an MBS in UX Design at Rutgers, I focus on making design teams more effective through better systems: clear process, organized knowledge, scalable documentation, and research-to-decision workflows. I'm at my best turning messy inputs into repeatable playbooks: bridging design, product, and engineering without sacrificing creative momentum.

I'm drawn to teams that value curiosity, clarity, and the kind of work that actually ships.
